Its ambition is to create a movement to inspire businesses of all sizes to innovate and become future-proof by adopting circular strategies. Circular Glasgow’s vision serves to motivate people, and has proved essential to successfully driving change.
Glasgow Chamber of Commerce hosts Circular Glasgow and is responsible for delivering this initiative alongside key stakeholders: Zero Waste Scotland, Glasgow City Council and Circle Economy. Circular Glasgow is funded by the European Regional Development Fund. It sets out a circular economy vision for Glasgow, together with practical steps for the city and business community that works towards supporting economic development, increasing competitive advantage, resource recovery and reuse, and carbon reductions.
